Shipping Policies, Insurance, Payment, Etc.

 

Ok, this should be pretty simple. You purchase, you pay - we ship. But as to the boring details....



Payments
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, all forms of Paypal, including echecks and funded Paypal, RME (Revolution Money Exchange), and U.S. Postal Money Orders.
 
If you wish to pay with a credit or debit card, please choose the Credit/Debit card option at checkout. There is no charge to use Paypal when sending a payment.
 
If you wish to pay with RME, please select the RME payment option and complete the checkout process.  We will invoice you at the email address provided.

If you plan to pay by money order, note that we accept POSTAL money orders only - meaning money orders purchased from the United States Post Office. Please print the invoice that appears at the end of your checkout and send a copy with your payment. We will hold your purchase for 1 week from the checkout date before returning the items to inventory for no payment received. If you need additional time, just email us - We are happy to make exceptions when we can work together.

Insurance

Insurance is optional. We offer insurance as a separate option on the menu, under Gifts/Accessories. Please choose the insurance option that is appropriate for your package total. We make every effort to package our items securely and in appropriate fitting packaging, but sometimes things get damaged en route. Please take that into consideration when ordering a gift item. We do not offer refunds or credits on damaged items which were not insured.

Returns & Refunds

Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on soap items. If you feel that your purchase was misrepresented or did not meet your expectations, please email us. We have had 100% positive feedback as sellers because we strive to make our customers happy.

Allergies

We understand allergies all too well! We have listed all ingredients used in each individual soap on our COOKBOOK page. If you suffer from allergies or are purchasing soap for someone with allergies, please be sure to check the ingredient listing for that soap. If you have any questions at all, please email me. As with any skin care product, if any irritation at all occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Shipping
 
All standard US orders ship for $4.80 or less ~ regardless of size or weight!  We welcome international customers to shop in our store as well, and we do our best to ship globally for near actual postage expenses only.  We offer Delivery Confirmation FREE of charge to all domestic customers.
 
While we strive to ship as quickly as possible, many shipments are custom orders, so please allow up to 10 business days for shipment of your purchase.  Be aware that if you take advantage of a large promotional offer or sale, your order could potentially take longer than 10 business days to process depending on customer response to the promotion, but we will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.  If you need your order rushed, we offer a 2 business day processing option for an additional charge.

We also strive to offer the most affordable shipping that we can. At this time we ship via USPS. Domestic orders that are greater than 13oz will ship via USPS Priority. Smaller orders will ship via First Class Mail. If you would like to make special arrangements regarding your shipping, please email us in advance.

Our home is pet and smoke free due to allergies. Your packing material may be recycled, but it is always clean and allergen-free.

We are happy to ship items to a 3rd party. When checking out, you will have the option to enter an alternate SHIP TO address. If you would like a gift card included FREE of charge, please email us through our 'Contact Us' link and reference your order number.

Coupon/Voucher Codes

If you have a coupon or voucher code, please enter the information in the shopping cart. Your discount will be automatically deducted from your total before payment is requested.
